Its all about the ones we feel we can live with and be content.
J. is still working on the shower set-up. Two more trips to the hardware store today. Strangely, he isn't cursing.Morning's Minionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912356455981434029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569181568013465215.post-89843223051010412092010-06-15T10:40:10.526-07:002010-06-15T10:40:10.526-07:00Ah, MM, "plan B" is something we are ver...Ah, MM, "plan B" is something we are very familiar with in this old house, where nothing is ever straightforward. What annoys me about the details are what they omit - in some cases not even mentioning a house is "attached" . . . though you can plainly see it is!

We are still trying to work out how we could manage at the cottage with the lovely garden we viewed last weekend, esp. if T&J come to live with us for a while! We would manage, but big chunks of furniture would have to go in the "outbuilding" . . . Room for chickens, a polytunnel and heaven for the cats . . .Bovey Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13117332471600275100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569181568013465215.post-64202481908213634662010-06-14T16:09:48.795-07:002010-06-14T16:09:48.795-07:00We found our recent house hunting to be a time of ...We found our recent house hunting to be a time of frustrated expecttions regarding realtors websites that gave details of properties. They are so anxious to make a property appear attractive that they are unrealistic about details---which wastes everyone's time. Errr.
J. is going to be doing renovations on this house for awhile, but the acreage and the existing plantings make up for the lack of as many rooms as we hoped for.
At the moment J. is having to formulate "plan B" to make plumbing for a shower fit around or behind a built in cupboard. It might be well if I go for a walk while he figures it out.Morning's Minionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912356455981434029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569181568013465215.post-6551134062907041342010-06-14T09:15:25.697-07:002010-06-14T09:15:25.697-07:00Found it now - yes, sadly too small, but what a pr...Found it now - yes, sadly too small, but what a pretty garden and area generally.Bovey Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13117332471600275100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569181568013465215.post-74333501094116581892010-06-14T07:34:37.399-07:002010-06-14T07:34:37.399-07:00it's marketed by Roderick Thomas , Wells.
