Back in 1971 I was a workin...Ah, I know Steep too. Back in 1971 I was a working pupil at a riding school over that way, and our farrier lived at Steep. I should love to go back there knowing that ET had lived there, and be able to explore. Hmmm - just Googled and now have a Literary walk around the village, showing where he used to live with Helen and the children.
