Sunrise
Didn't that turn out well? Says she modestly!! I just caught sight of the rising sun this morning and ran outside with my camera. I think the black tracery of branches looks magical . . .
Hi Al, thanks for the fished-for compliment! Ummm - a Fujifilm Finepix S1000. I saw it half price in an Amazon sale just before Christmas last year and treated myself! I can't claim to be a good photographer, as I just aim and shoot usually, but I have had some cracking photos from this and my last camera, also a Finepix but with less magnification.
You should have seen me teetering on the windowledge to get this shot without getting the woodshed roof too!
Beautiful,and the kind of scene that draws me in. The light at sunrise and sunset changes so quickly that it is difficult to record that lovliest fragile moment.
