Try again
Whilst I was at the PO, the agents phoned to say that the folk from last weekend LOVED the house, but on consideration the land and access wasn't right for their Alpacas.
So very sorry to hear the news from the agents. Somewhere out there there is someone who will come and view and fall completely in love with your house and land and buy it!
Oh Jennie, so sorry. Fingers crossed for the next viewing
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue. Tam got some wine today and I think I will have a 2nd glass after my bath . . .
DeleteSorry -it mustbe very frustrating for you.
ReplyDeleteVery - they were lovely people and the house seemed to really suit them - they loved it.
DeleteThat's a shame, but at least they made a decision and let you know.
ReplyDeleteYes, at least I can dig a hole for Hope now.
DeleteHow odd. What do Alpacas want. Hang on in there. It will happen.x
ReplyDeleteI think they can manage hills, but perhaps the lady was a bit phased by the hilliness around here.
DeleteThat sounds about it..Alpacas are ok on hills
DeleteJust what I was thinking tbh. Ah well. Try again . . .

ReplyDeleteThank you RR. To say I was gutted this morning was an understatement though . . .
DeleteThat is disappointing and I hope ideal buyers show up for you soon.
ReplyDeleteWell, I must Christmas the house soon, in case we have a Christmas viewing . . .
DeleteDrat, I was hoping they would want the house and property.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
You and me both Jackie. I really HAD got my hopes up this time too.
DeleteSo sad. :( Hopefully the next viewers will appreciate your lovely home and property. Enjoy the wine. Have a good weekend! Judy
