Too busy for a proper post
I'm the "WoMAN with a Van" who has been called into action to help move Danny & Co here. Going backwards and forwards to Carmarthen this week. Will do a proper post a soon as I can.
No lifting required - they did it all. They told me to sit down and relax after doing all that driving on Monday and Wednesday. Yesterday was just last minute stuff, cat included!
My favourite wildflower combination - bluebells and stitchwort, thank you BB. Look after your back if lifting and safe driving too. Spring is on her way and already I have snowdrops flowering in the shelter of the beech hedges, primroses under the wall and the first crocus tommasianus in the rough grass at the bottom of the garden. Happy Burns Night! Sarah x
Aren't they gorgeous? Years ago I sewed a x-stitch picture of Campion, Stitchwort and Bluebells for my best friend. I'd like to do it again for me now - it was one of the charts from the Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady. I love sewing those. Seen snowdrops in my travels but no crocus out here yet.
Hope it all goes smoothly x
ReplyDeleteAlison in Wales x
It did, though I was waiting for them to arrive from 1 p.m. onwards and it was nearly 5 when they got here!
DeleteTake care with all that driving.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Baptism by fire - but at least he got here before it was dark (just). He's never driven after dark yet.
DeleteGood luck with the moving, take care. xx
ReplyDeleteFull house now! I shall have to get used to having a little one about the place again. :)
DeleteCareful lifting and safe travels x

ReplyDeleteThey got here safely, I'm glad to report.
