Remember those kittens?

Mama cat bought them to see us yesterday morning and the evening before. The way they were tucking in to food from the bowl at the door, I assume it has been a regular occurrence, but normally under cover of darkness . . . It's the little ginger and white one I am hoping to keep. OH ("don't want any more cats") was out like a shot with a HUGE mug of cat biscuits for them . . .

We are quietly hopeful that the advertising is now sorted - going in two weekend broadsheets and the right sort of magazine too . . . the best in fact!

  1. Kittens! I suppose at this point they are very wary of humans--you couldn't get your hands on them to take them for their innoculations. Oh, I do hope these are healthy little beings--they do look sleek and pretty in spite of a Mom-cat who lives on the wild side. [J. has always said, "No more cats", then he spoils them as much as I do.]
Fingers, toes and everything possible crossed that the properly published advertisements bring you a qualified and committed buyer---before winter!

  5. Mags - hard choice, but we have 5 cats already!

Kath - keep your fingers crossed for us.

PP - she's a good mum to them.

MM - they are very wary of us - mama cat has told them to skedaddle if Humans appear!

  6. Beautiful kittens! I want one so badly... but...I have to make do with the ones in the shelter. Working there I've really learned a lot about cats and kittens and would make a much more informed decision than I did before. Before, it was just, 'I want a cat', but I've seen a lot of different personality quirks and the cutest kitten doesn't always make the best cat and what I want in a cat may not be what someone else wants -- and I've had a cat in the house for thirty years! But now, the emphasis on having the cat as 'in house only' puts things in a different light.
