Cothay Manor - the gorgeous gardens

A picture paints a thousand words . . . and I'm tired tonight, so just enjoy . . .

  1. What a stunning garden. Beautiful!

I love the tumbling flowers in the fonts and urns. Amazing deep blue delphiniums too.

  3. DW - you and D would LOVE it - treat yourself to a day out! I grew just ONE of the very dark blue Delphiniums (Black Knight is it?) this year along with a paler blue one, but would love oodles of them. Must grow from seed this summer for next year.

MM - I took photos of so much because I want to use some of the ideas in my next garden. You'd have loved it too - tall yew hedges dividing the space at the back of the house up into long walks and little "rooms" each with a different colour theme. So very English a garden . . .
