Taking a break

I'm taking a little break as my asthma has been very bad after this "pollen bomb" last week where the sudden hot spell made all the trees flower at once.  I don't normally react to it (not many flowering early in our valley) but we had been out and about in the car with the windows open. . .

I've had to go on steroids and sleep is at a premium.  We have a viewing on Saturday and our builder still hasn't been able to get here to replace missing tiles near chimney . . .  Resultant damp wall is NOT a good selling point . . .

    1. Thanks Lou. It's a pain in the btm - just when I have so much to get on with, my breathing is compromised.

    1. They are working slowly Rosie. I may need a longer dose than the 5 days I was hoping would crack it. Every digit is crossed here!

    1. Thanks Pat. I just have to be careful not to overdo things - bending double to garden is NOT a good move right now!

    1. Gosh Pat, I WISH. I have to just keep plodding on. The house is tidy now, but the garden needs mucho work still and as it poured all day today, will be too wet to dig . . .

  8. When I used to sneeze, I knew when my tablets weren't working. Now it seems to by-pass my nostrils and just affect my asthma, which is NOT good! Hope your folk pull through the sneezing etc soon.
