A walk in the SUN!

It was such a beautiful sunny morning that my OH and I couldn't resist the temptation of a walk in Brechfa Forest. We collected the daily paper en route and then drove to the Picnic Site at Byrgwm and parked up. Since our last visit there are now various trails for Mountain Bikers, and also trails in lieu of bridleways. Words seem superfluous really, so I will just let you all walk with us and enjoy the scenery.

A.R.O.S. for today:

Sunlight highlights the margins of winter twigs and branches with a metallic gleam.

  1. What a beautiful place to walk! Such a blue sky.
    I love the sunbathing pony.
My morning walk was shorter than usual, as it is bitterly cold again here. Old Dog seemed rather stiff so we came home and lit the fire.

  6. It looks a beautiful day and a beautiful walk but if it was anything like here it was cold! The plan is to answer your letter over the weekend. Whether the plan will be executed remains to be seen:)

  11. Isn't it a refresher after cold gloomy days to get out in the sunshine and let some of the cobwebs blow away! You have such a good eye for composing a scene with the camera. I'm drawn in and wanting to see what lies just beyond the frame.
Wishing you sunshine, blue skies and more walks!
